Ten master students start working on CICJ Research Lab projects

Ten students from the master programme on International Crimes, Conflict and Criminology will participate in CICJ Research Lab to assist in academic research that is carried out at CICJ. They are Suzanne Groen, Janek Gulbis, Helena Kreiensiek, Hajer M’tiri, Matthias Mohrs, Hossein Mojtahedi, Caroline Opperman, Malte Stedtnitz, Maaike van de Vorst and Luna Yperman.

These students will assist in three projects carried out by CICJ researchers, on ‘Corporate involvement in international crimes’, ‘Domestic prosecution of foreign fighters’ and undesirable but unremovable immigrants ‘In Limbo’.

By participating in these research projects, students can get familiar with doing academic research and possibly get inspiration for their thesis projects.
