Discussing modes of liability in Phnom Penh

On Friday 28 June, Professor Elies van Sliedregt gave a talk at the Extraordinary Chambers of the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) in Phnom Penh on modes of liability in international criminal law, in particular aiding & abetting and joint criminal enterprise (JCE).

The lecture was hosted by the Supreme Court Chamber of the ECCC and attended by judges of the judicial chambers, co-investigating judges, staff from the co-prosecutors office, and defence and victim’s counsel.
